Production Process
The company operates intelligent production lines with full automation and digitalized process management, ensuring consistent product quality and end-to-end traceability. A fully continuous cold chain production process has been established, covering all stages from raw milk collection through final production. Processing is conducted within a closed pipeline environment, ensuring uninterrupted operation, thereby minimizing microbial contamination.
The production process incorporates advanced techniques, including ceramic membrane cold sterilization, membrane concentration, and vacuum freeze-drying. By maintaining the temperature of intermediate materials below 18℃ throughout the production process, the biological activity of functional nutrients, such as immunoglobulin, is effectively preserved.
Production Facilities
The company operates two production facilities located at its headquarters in Heilongjiang Province and its subsidiary in Ningxia Province. These facilities feature a combined freeze-drying area of 600 square meters and support an annual production capacity of 500 metric tons of freeze-dried bovine colostrum powder, positioning the company as the largest specialized manufacturer of this product in China.
All phases of the project-including design, construction, equipment installation, and production operations-are conducted in strict compliance with applicable national laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific technical standards, and fully conform to the regulatory requirements governing dairy product manufacturing.
Furthermore, the company continuously updates its internal management standards in accordance with the most recent policies and technical guidance issued by relevant regulatory authorities, ensuring that the project consistently achieves industry-leading levels of performance in regulatory compliance, environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety.

Kangping exclusively sources high-quality fresh bovine colostrum from certified dairy farms operated by listed companies, with collection completed within 48 hours post-calving. The entire process of collection and transportation is conducted under uninterrupted cold-chain conditions to ensure the integrity of bioactive components. All raw materials undergo rigorous quality inspection, including physical and chemical analysis as well as assessments for microbial contamination, heavy metal content, veterinary drug residues, and pesticide residues, in strict compliance with the "RHB601"quality standard.

Centralized Laboratory
The company has established a centralized laboratory capable of supporting comprehensive quality control inspections. A total investment of 7.8 million CNY has been made to acquire an integrated suite of internationally advanced analytical instruments, including high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometers, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers, microplate readers, electronic analytical balances, centrifuges, Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzers, Soxhlet extractors, rotary evaporators,etc.
In addition, in collaboration with Thermo, the company has established the world's first near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) detection system specifically designed for bovine colostrum products, enabling rapid analysis of seven key parameters within 65 seconds, thereby significantly enhancing quality management efficiency.
Quality Control System
The company operates GMP-compliant facilities that are designed and constructed in strict accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, and are equipped with precision temperature and humidity control systems, high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration, and positive pressure environmental controls to ensure compliance with ISO Class 8 clean-room standards.
In the quality control of finished products, each batch undergoes a rigorous 22-parameter inspection process,with quality governed by the "RHB602" standard. Key quality parameters are controlled to stricter specifications than those required by the standard, ensuring high stability in the product's composition, content, bioactivity, color, taste, microbial load, contaminants, and other physical and chemical attributes.
An end-to-end quality management system covers raw milk sourcing and suppliers' livestock management, internal production processes, as well as product storage and distribution. At the same time, the company has introduced lean management theories, with all employees participating in quality management, continuously improving process efficiency and quality stability. It has obtained certifications under the GMP and HACCP quality management systems, completed export registration and FDA Food Facility registration, and acquired Halal certification.

The company has played a leading role in the development and formulation of industry standards for bovine colostrum powder used as ingredient in general foods and functional foods, including QB/T 5804, T/WXYYXH 001, T/WXYYXH 002, and T/WXYYXH 003, providing scientific basis for the standardization of the colostrum sub-sector.
